Shahrouz Golshani, MBA
Founder and President
Shahrouz Golshani is the Founder and President of Healing Care Hospice, a Medicare-certified hospice agency based in Downey, CA providing compassionate care to patients at the end-of-life and their families.
Healing Care Hospice embodies Mr. Golshani’s vision of creating a mission-oriented organization that is driven and guided by a core set of values and spiritual principles, thus attracting like-minded and committed professionals who together make a positive impact on the community and who live purposeful lives.
Prior to founding Healing Care Hospice in 2012, Mr. Golshani founded and managed Plaza Property Group, a commercial real estate investment and management firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Golshani was actively involved with the Los Angeles Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, where he served as Chair of the Young Leader’s Group and founded and managed 1000 Homes, an innovative multi-disciplinary program designed to increase awareness and identify solutions towards creating increased levels of permanent supportive housing throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area in order to end homelessness.
Prior to Plaza Property Group, Mr. Golshani worked for several companies in the technology and Internet space, where he focused on developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Mr. Golshani has been actively involved with numerous non-profit organizations serving frail and disadvantaged populations, including the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Los Angeles as a volunteer and speaker; Clifford Bears Housing as Board Member; Mental Health America of Los Angeles as Board Member; and Chrysalis as volunteer and speaker.
Mr. Golshani received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was honored to receive the John Wooden Global Leadership Fellowship.
Mr. Golshani lives in Westwood, CA with his wife and two precocious children, Talia and Dylan. He enjoys yoga, surfing, cars, and politics.
