Hospice Area Manager
Healing Care Hospice is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development / Area Manager to join our growing marketing team. - A successful candidate offers a proven track record in hospice marketing with existing relationships and key hospice referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators and staff, and long term care environments.
- You must possess the skills and experience to effectively develop new markets and referral sources, provide outstanding customer service, and work seamlessly with the clinical team to effectuate smooth care transitions.
This position is Field and Area based, which means representative would spend 95% of their time out of the office and developing relationships in the community to generate referrals to our agency.
We have a very strong clinical team, so you can feel confident that we will deliver excellent care and service to your referrals even in clinically complex situation so you can build and grow your referral network with confidence.
We offer a very competitive compensation package. Base salary can range from $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses that should be very attainable for a successful candidate. We also offer full medical benefits, including vision and dental coverage.
